HEALTH NOTES
MERCURY IN VACCINES
A FOLLOW UP SERIES
PART IV
On October 27, 2004, a federal injunction stopped the mandatory vaccination of military personnel with this vaccine. U.S. District Court Judge Emmet G. Sullivan, blocked military personnel from the mandated utilization of the reactive vaccine for Anthrax that has been associated with more than 4,000 reports of both brain and immune system injuries, as well as death. Since the vaccine had only been approved by the FDA for Anthrax contracted through the skin, the judge rightfully stated that contracting Anthrax through inhalation would not necessarily be protected by this vaccine. In other words, Anthrax contracted through the lungs would not necessary be protected against by this vaccination, since it was only approved for topical Anthrax exposure.
The Federal government utilized the project Bio-Shield to circumvent this U.S. District court injunction against the inoculation of military personnel, and on March 21, 2005, Department of Defense lawyers stated that 500 servicemen had been vaccinated since the injunction which was filed on October 27, 2004 by utilizing the Emergency Use Authorization, which was permitted under project Bio-Shield. So you can see that this tactic is already in use.
On March 21, 2005, Judge Sullivan ruled that this was allowable; however, he stated that the Department of Defense must inform personnel that they did not have to take the experimental vaccine involuntarily.
